The ferry is just a direct trip, usually around 4 hours long, that takes the fastest possible route without any stops to Coron and El Nido.
The expedition is an adventure trip with many stops between El Nido and Coron, taking several days and visiting the most interesting locations.
Pick up time begins early morning between 8:30am – 9:30am.
Arrival time usually late afternoon before sunset.
In addition to all your luggage:
- mosquito repellent
- sunscreen
- towel
- dry bag
It’s recommended to have a your things in a dry bag, such as a change of clothes, battery pack, camera/phone, and any medicine or items you need to keep dry that you need on the daily. Also, cover your luggage with trash bags if possible.
Only cash payment is accepted in Philippine currency. There are ATMs open 24/7 in town that can help you withdrawing cash.
Natural disasters impact everyone involved in our expeditions. While we regret any cancellations, your safety is our priority. We highly recommend travel insurance in the Philippines to cover unexpected weather-related disruptions while in Palawan.
What You Need to Know:
Trip Delays – Expedition departures may be postponed up to 24 hours due to strong winds. Guests should plan for possible schedule adjustments.
Natural Disasters (Typhoons, Winds) – If a boat trip is canceled due to unsafe weather or a natural disaster (such as strong winds or a monsoon), guests will receive a 75% refund. The remaining 25% covers costs for booking, staffing, and expedition boat preparation (including supplies and food already prepared).
Coast Guard Mandates – If the Coast Guard cancels departures for safety reasons, guests will receive a 75% refund, as we still incur preparation costs.
No-Show & Last-Minute Cancellations – Same-day cancellations are considered no-shows and are non-refundable.
NOTE: If you do not wish to cancel your expedition from El Nido to Coron (vice versa), you will be automatically rescheduled to the next available trip as soon as possible.
