General Cancellation Policy
- Same day concellations are considered “no-shows” and are non-refundable.
- Cancellations within 30 minutes of booking are not permitted. After this window, a 50% service fee (ased on the total order value) will be charged.
- Finalized bookings are non-refundable.
Weather-Related Cancellations and Delays
We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect against weather-related cancellations.- Delays: Trips may be delayed up to 24 hours due to wind issues. We’ll reach out to discuss alternative options.
- Company cancellations: We may adjust or cancel schedules if bad weather poses a risk to participants.
- Natural disasters (e.g., typhoons, monsoons): Full refund minus a 25% fee for booking and preparation costs.
- Coast Guard cancellations: Full refund unless supplies were purchased and preparation time invested (20% fee retained).
Non-Weather-Related Cancellations
We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect against weather-related cancellations.- Cancellations due to sickness or flight delays are not eligible for refunds.
It is recommended, but not required, to acquire some travel insurance before traveling outside your home country. It may help to cover any losses that you may encounter due to the weather.
Check the hospitals in the locations you are planning to travel, and if they accept the insurance you plan to have.
It’s likely your belongings may get some water splashed on them, so it would be wise to cover your backpack/luggage with a plastic or raincoat cover.
Is available, as the food is served large family style plates where you can pick what you want to have on your own plate. We have options from freshly caught fish, to eggs, and veggies.
