Cancellations made on the same day as your scheduled departure will be considered a “no-show.” Please note that cancellations are not permitted within 20-30 minutes of booking. After this time, a service fee of 50% will be automatically charged based on the total order value.

All finalized bookings are non-refundable. Cancellations due to sickness or flight delays are not included in our refund policy. However, we may change or cancel your schedule in the event of bad weather that could put participants at risk.

If the Coast Guard cancels the tour due to bad weather, we may retain a 20% fee to cover expenses if our tour guide has already purchased supplies and if our team has invested time in preparing the boat. Otherwise, you will receive a full refund of your payment.

It is recommended, but not required, to acquire some travel insurance before traveling outside your home country. It may help to cover any losses that you may encounter due to the weather.

Check the hospitals in the locations you are planning to travel, and if they accept the insurance you plan to have.

It’s likely your belongings may get some water splashed on them, so it would be wise to cover your backpack/luggage with a plastic or raincoat cover.

Is available, as the food is served large family style plates where you can pick what you want to have on your own plate. We have options from freshly caught fish, to eggs, and veggies.
